Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! If you’d like to cancel or edit the shipping address on your order, please email us at info@www.broomstar.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests. Our customer experience team is available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 10:30 am - 6 pm PST and requests outside of these business hours are not guaranteed.

While we are unable to modify the contents of orders, we are happy to assist with the return or exchange of any eligible items once you have received your order.

Do you offer gift receipts?

Product prices are never included on the packing slip included with orders, so gift away! If you’d like to include a message, click “Add a Gift Message” in your shopping bag before checking out.

Do you make price adjustments?

We're happy to issue a one-time price adjustment for items purchased from www.broomstar.com or BAGGU retail stores that go on sale within 7 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued via the original method of payment. Please send an email to?info@www.broomstar.com?to request a price adjustment.

Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal and Afterpay. All prices are stated in USD.

Do you collect sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax for orders shipped to California & New York.

Why was my payment method declined?

Make sure your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. For your security, our system won’t allow a payment to process if the billing information associated with the card doesn’t match.

Promotions & Coupons

To use a promo code, add all desired items to your shopping cart and proceed to the Checkout page. Enter the code in the provided “Gift card or discount code” box in your cart and click “Apply”!

Only one promo code can be applied per order.

Afterpay

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them later-- without interest! You’ll pay for your order in 4 equal payments every 2 weeks.

How do I use Afterpay?

Shop normally, and choose “Afterpay” as your payment method at checkout. You’ll be prompted to register with Afterpay and provide payment details (they accept Visa or Mastercard). If you’ve used Afterpay before, just log in to your Afterpay account and complete your order.

Please note: all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Afterpay, and the total value must be at least $35.

Where can?I use Afterpay?

Afterpay can only be used for purchases made on www.broomstar.com. Afterpay cannot be used for purchases made in any of our store locations.

Can I use Afterpay if I'm an international customer?

Afterpay is only available to customers with a US billing address. Customers with international billing addresses will not be able to create an Afterpay account.

How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?

All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal installments from your selected payment method. If you would like to make additional unscheduled payments before they are due, you can log in to Afterpay to make your payments early, and Afterpay will adjust the amount owed accordingly.

You can log in to your Afterpay account anytime to view your payment schedule or make a payment before the next due date.

What if I can't pay an Afterpay installment?

If funds are not available at the time the automatic payment is due, you will be charged an $8 late payment fee by Afterpay. An additional $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment is not made within 7 days. Late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order. Read the Afterpay Payment Purchase Agreement here.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are processed & delivered within our standard shipping timelines like any order from www.broomstar.com. Read our Shipping FAQ for more information!

Is there a limit to how much I can spend on a single Afterpay transaction?

Yes, your cart value must be between $35 and $1,000 to use Afterpay on www.broomstar.com.

What products are not eligible for Afterpay?

Afterpay can be used on purchases for all products available on www.broomstar.com!

How do I return or exchange an item purchased with Afterpay?

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Use our online returns portal to initiate a return. Please note, refunds for Afterpay will be refunded from BAGGU to Afterpay. We cannot provide an exchange or cash refund. As soon as the refund is processed, it will drop into your Afterpay online account. Have more questions about Afterpay returns? Go to help.afterpay.com.
